Our Firm
ST Gadinabokao Attorneys is law firm based in Orkney Central Business District, established in February 2024 and founded by, Mr. Sammy Tisetso Gadinabokao.
Our Firm provides services in various fields of law but provides legal services mainly in Civil Litigation, Criminal Litigation and Family law. The firm’s main objective is to provide legal services to the vulnerable members of the society and the location of the practice (Orkney CBD) will ensure that it is easily accessible to general public.
Our Director
Mr. Sammy Tisetso Gadinabokao, the founder of ST Gadinabokao Attorneys, was admitted in October 2019 as an Admitted Attorney of the High Court. He completed his LLB studies in 2016 at the North West University. After completing his studies, he was registered as a Candidate Attorney and subsequently got admitted as an Attorney of the High Court in October 2019.
He has vast experience in Criminal, Civil litigation, and Family law. He has also worked as a Legal Advisor and later as a Legal mediator at LAW FOR ALL (LIPCO Group) between the years 2020 to 2022, and is vastly experienced on Insurance related matters. He is a qualified mediator as he obtained his Certificate as a mediator in 2020 from the University of Cape Town.
He previously held positions as a Professional Assistant at his previous law firms before embarking on a journey to establish ST Gadinabokao Attorneys.
